UK Customers These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms. |
OVERVIEW
Welcome to Easy Does Art. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Easy Does Art. Easy Does Art operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Easy Does Art is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide certain information including your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our store. However, colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device type and settings.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods sold must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in this regard.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Easy Does Art reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Easy Does Art confirms acceptance and we have received and processed your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your statutory right to cancel applies as set out in Section 6 (Returns, Cancellations and Refunds) below.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on the product listing. Under UK law, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed unless a longer period has been agreed with you at the time of purchase.
All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control once goods have been dispatched.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods are received by you or a person nominated by you to receive them. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at the address in Section 11.
SECTION 6 — YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
|
Your UK statutory rights As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. These rights are in addition to any separate returns policy we may operate. |
14-Day Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. You can do this by:
-
Emailing us at: chatnow.staynow@gmail.com
-
Clearly stating your name, order number, and that you wish to cancel
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we have agreed to cover return postage.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods and confirmed they are in their original, unworn, and saleable condition, we will issue a full refund including your original standard delivery charge within 14 days.
We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (for example, if a garment has been worn rather than simply tried on).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you have the following rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
-
Within 30 days of purchase: you can reject the goods and receive a full refund.
-
Within 6 months of purchase: you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if this is not possible, a partial or full refund.
-
After 6 months: remedies may still be available, but you may need to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of purchase.
For faulty items, we will cover all reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us before returning any item so we can arrange the most appropriate resolution.
Exceptions
Please note that the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:
-
Goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
As our products are print-on-demand items made specifically when an order is placed, some items may fall under the personalised goods exception. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product listing before you complete your purchase.

We always aim to resolve any complaint or dispute directly with you. If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance using the contact details in Section 14.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may be entitled to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Under the Consumer ADR Regulations 2015, we are required to inform you of the availability of ADR. You may also refer disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr — although as a UK-based business we are not obliged to participate in this scheme.
SECTION 12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law in England and Wales, Easy Does Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any products procured through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Easy Does Art submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SECTION 15 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable UK law.
