Every Easy Does Art tee is printed to order — we don't hold stock. This means there is a short production window before your order is dispatched. Please allow for this production time on top of the estimated delivery times shown below.


1. How We Fulfil Orders

All Easy Does Art products are print-on-demand items, printed and fulfilled by our production partner Shirt Monkey in the United Kingdom. Orders are printed, quality checked, and dispatched directly to you from their UK facility.

Because each item is made specifically for you when you order, we do not hold pre-printed stock. This is how we keep waste low and quality high.


2. Production Time

Before shipping, every order goes through a production window of approximately 2–5 business days. This covers the printing, drying, quality inspection, and packing of your item.

Production time is separate from delivery time. Your total fulfilment time = production time + delivery time.

Example

If you order on a Monday and production takes 3 business days, your order would be dispatched by Thursday. UK standard delivery (2–4 business days) would then arrive the following Tuesday at the latest.

4. Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at chatnow.staynow@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.


6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely outside our control and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. We are unable to predict what these charges may be — we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Easy Does Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


7. Risk and Responsibility

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of loss or damage to your order remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person nominated by you to receive them.

Once your order has been delivered and confirmed as received, responsibility passes to you. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.


8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a delivery is attempted and cannot be completed (for example, due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a holding depot within the carrier's storage window), your parcel may be returned to our fulfilment partner.

If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange re-delivery where possible, though additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch if the failed delivery was due to an error in the address you provided.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error on your part and you no longer wish to receive the item, we will refund the product cost only — the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


9. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us at chatnow.staynow@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
